RED EYE is my own blend of hand selected Robusta and Arabica beans, roasted together in my roaster at the same time, resulting in a naturally more highly caffeinated coffee than my Regular coffee which uses only Arabica beans. It has a Bustelo® like taste and aroma however richer & brighter in flavor. It is especially good as an espresso or made the traditional way as a Cuban Coffee (Cafecito). It is one of my favorite types of coffee, a real eye opener.

The beans are wood fire roasted the old fashioned way in small 10 pound lots. I've been roasting coffee beans this way for a long time, over 20 years. Only outdoors in the fresh New England air.

I've found that my wood fire roasted coffee is best on the darker side so that's all I offer. Smooth, great tasting coffee, with a hint of hardwood smoke. And this RED EYE also has a bit of kick to it. Just the way I like it and I'm sure you will too.

I sell my beans in 1/2 pound bags and also 1 pound bags. Our coffee beans are roasted right here in Old New England country, Connecticut.  They go fast and due to that are pretty darn fresh, I can assure you that.

Note that I only roast in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Since I only roast outdoors I take the Winter off as it gets below zero here in New England, and I'm not a kid anymore.
